Founded in 2025 by Gracie Roy Hess, GmrH is a consultancy dedicated to re-thinking and re-contextualizing individual pathways and established definitions of growth. The consultancy builds on over a decade of experience within the international contemporary art market.

This work often takes shape through specific projects, exhibitions and institutional presentations, targeted sales strategies, and exploring new forms of engagement within existing frameworks. The focus is on making realistic changes that can ripple outwards and lead to broader, more impactful transformations over time.

Collaborations That Resonate

Since its inception, GmrH has collaborated with 3daysofdesign, developing new areas of focus for the festival that highlighted process-based practices in crafts and materials. GmrH has also worked on a long-term strategic project with Natural Material Studio, an award-winning design studio developing bio-based materials and designs.
