International Conference: Organization in Uncertain Worlds

How do we organize in a world marked by uncertainty, complexity, and constant change?
The 26th International Conference on Knowledge, Culture, and Change in Organizations brings together researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers from around the world to explore the role, responsibility, and agency of organizations in uncertain times.

The conference is part of the Organization Studies Research Network and focuses on the intersection of knowledge, culture, and change management. Its ambition is to build a global, interdisciplinary community that bridges disciplines, sectors, and geographies.

The 2026 special focus is “Organization in Uncertain Worlds”, examining how organizations can navigate and shape future societies.

The conference takes place on-site at Thoravej 29 in Copenhagen and online.
