Sara Øllgaard works to create long-term, responsible transformations in organizations that understand that the path to achieving external goals starts with strengthening the internal capacities of people and teams.

Over the past two years, she has developed the Inner Development Kit – a toolkit comprising physical and digital dialogue tools that help educators, leaders, and consultants tackle what is often the hardest part: working from the inside out. The kit provides a concrete, practical framework for fostering reflection, dialogue, and development – but it is also a physical manifestation of a larger mission.

Behind the facilitation kit lies a message: sustainable change requires that we cultivate our ability to be present, think critically and long-term, relate with empathy, collaborate openly, and act with courage.

Sara is an official partner and ambassador for the global movement Inner Development Goals – “Inner development for outer growth,” the internal counterpart to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. This partnership has given her a global reach, and today the Inner Development Kit is used in organizations, universities, and consulting firms around the world.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Leadership, a Mini MBA in Sustainable Strategy and Change Management, is a KaosPilot, and is a certified coach and team coach.
