Creating more pathways to work and education

En Vej til Alle is an organisation working through systems innovation to create more pathways into education and employment for the 43,000 young people in Denmark who are neither in education nor employment.

Behind that number are young people who never quite find their footing in education, an apprenticeship or a job, watching from the sidelines as their peers move forward. This is a loss for the young people themselves, for social cohesion and for a labour market in need of both hands and minds.

It is not because we do not know what it takes. There is plenty of knowledge and plenty of solutions that work. The problem is that too few young people are benefiting from them.

That is why En Vej til Alle exists.

Building better systems

En Vej til Alle works to ensure that more young people encounter what works. Not by creating new projects or initiatives, but by working with everything around and behind them: rules, culture, knowledge, scaling and funding.

In this way, En Vej til Alle works to improve the systems designed to support young people who are left outside, while also building connections with actors beyond these systems who can play a crucial role in helping young people find a way forward.

En Vej til Alle brings key actors together in small, committed working communities focused on young people. It helps effective approaches take root in more places and ensures that experiences are shared and discussed with those who have the power to shape the rules and frameworks.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that all 43,000 young people have a place in society, whether through employment or education.
