In 2016, Christian Bason published Form Fremtiden – Designledelse som innovationsværktøj (Shaping the Future – Design Leadership as a Tool for Innovation). A book about how leaders can use designers’ thinking and practices to create meaningful change.

Now, ten years later, it’s time to celebrate with a debate in the library at Thoravej 29!

Has the strategic use of design become a natural part of our culture? This is the question he will explore with:

• Mette Rosendal Darmer: Deputy Executive Director at Rigshospitalet, an experienced healthcare leader with roots in nursing and a Master of Public Governance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
• Peter Nørregård: Design consultant and external lecturer at Aarhus University, with extensive experience from design projects in private and public organisations through, among others, IS IT A BIRD, Alm. Brand and A.P. Moller – Maersk.
• Lilith Louise Lysgaard Hasbech: Director of Research & Insights at Coloplast, with a background in service design and experience from, among others, the UK Cabinet Office and MindLab.

The debate will be followed by bubbles and free copies of Form Fremtiden (while stocks last)!
